② Power ON chassis.
③ Check controller OK LED.
◆ Solid red -> continue
◆ Not solid red -> stop
④ Verify catalog numbers.
◆ Controller: 1756-L1M2
◆ Memory (if installed): 1756-Mxxx
⑤ Install battery.
⑥ Set keyswitch to PROG.
⑦ Insert controller into chassis slot.
◆ Verify fully seated
⑧ Load firmware using ControlFlash.
⑨ Download project using RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000.
